How long does it take for a recharge to be processed?

Most recharges are processed instantly. However, during high traffic or maintenance periods, it might take up to 15 minutes. If your recharge hasn't been processed after 30 minutes, please contact our customer support.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong mobile number?

Once a recharge has been processed to a mobile number, it cannot be reversed. This is why we strongly recommend double-checking the number before confirming your transaction. However, in exceptional circumstances, you can contact our support team who will assist in communicating with the operator to explore possible solutions.
