You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or network.
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers" to access the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

4. Payments and Refunds

We accept various payment methods for mobile recharges. All payments made through the Service are processed by our secure payment gateways.

Once a mobile recharge has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. In case of any issues with the recharge, such as the recharge not being credited to the intended mobile number, please contact our customer support immediately.

In exceptional cases where the recharge fails and the amount has been debited from your account, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mobile Recharge AE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the UAE and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mobile Recharge AE.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mobile Recharge AE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
